Anybody can open a restaurant. New restaurants pop up here and there all the time. Some of them treat their brands more seriously than others. Some of them see the true value of their brands. Some of them realize that it's not their kitchen, their furniture, or their waitresses that make them successful. It's their brand. And some of them win $120 million in a trademark license dispute. Boom.
